Prayer Requests and Praises

-The fall is a busy time here at camp with guests renting our facilities almost every weekend. Please pray for these groups that they would be able to get-away from the hussle and bussle of everyday life and spend time in the presence of the Lord here at camp. Pray that they would be encouraged and challenged in their relationship with God. Pray also that we would joyfully serve them!

-Please be praying for Diane, a camper from this summer (and other campers such as her that we are privileged to minister to). A letter of thanks she wrote states: "I've been in foster care for awhile, so I never really felt wanted - always felt more like a need. But honestly the first time I felt loved was at camp. Thank you for making that possible!"

-Please join us in prayer now for the upcoming Summer 2010 staff that even now God would be leading those to us whom he would have join our staff team. We would especially ask prayer right now for the Lord to lead to us a Waterfront Director to oversee our pool and lake (if you know of someone who you think might be qualified, please contact Matt Yoder - matt_yoder@salvationarmy.org).
